BBchat Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BananaWorld株式会社 / BANANAWORLD K.K. (“we”, “our” or “us”) processes information when you use BBchat, its iOS app, this website and related support services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Information we process
Information you provide
- Account and profile: account identifiers, verified email where provided, password hash, nickname, avatar, biography and profile settings.
- Communications: direct and group messages, media, conversation membership, reports, blocks and support correspondence.
- Permission-controlled media: photos, videos, camera and microphone input that you choose to use for sharing or calls.
Information generated through use
- Service and security data: timestamps, device and app information, IP/network information, session and authentication records, abuse-prevention events and diagnostic logs.
- Push notifications: device push token, notification preferences and delivery status needed to send supported alerts through Apple Push Notification service.
- Calls: call participants, status, timing and short-lived LiveKit connection credentials. LiveKit transports real-time media; BBchat does not record calls by default.
- Location: location and map-related state when you grant device permission and use a location feature, together with the visibility controls applied in the Service.
- Purchases: StoreKit product identifier, Apple transaction identifiers, signed transaction data, status, credited Gold Coin quantity and reconciliation records. BBchat does not receive your Apple ID password or full payment-card number.
- Rewarded ads: ad request, eligibility, completion and reward events needed to show eligible Google AdMob rewarded ads and prevent duplicate rewards.
2. Why we process information
We use information to create and secure accounts; deliver messages, media, calls and notifications; apply map and privacy settings; verify purchases and rewards; provide support; investigate reports and abuse; prevent fraud; diagnose failures; maintain and update the Service; meet legal obligations; and protect users, the operator and the public.
3. Visibility and sharing with other users
Your profile and content are shown according to the feature and your settings. Messages and call information are delivered to intended participants. Group information is visible to eligible members. Location information is shown only through the applicable permission and in-app visibility flow. Review recipients and visibility settings before sharing sensitive content.
4. Service providers and integrations
BBchat is not a zero-third-party service. Current code integrates the following services for the stated operational purposes:
- Apple StoreKit: iOS in-app purchase display, payment and transaction status.
- Apple Push Notification service: supported message and call notifications.
- Expo / EAS Updates: app runtime and update delivery.
- Google AdMob: eligible rewarded advertising and reward verification.
- Sentry: configured application error and performance diagnostics.
- AWS, including S3-backed storage: cloud application infrastructure and eligible media/object storage.
- LiveKit: real-time voice and video transport.
- Device operating-system location and map services: permission-controlled location and map functions.
Providers may process limited device, network, transaction, diagnostic or content-related data required for their role. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security. We do not sell personal information.
5. Website privacy
The public pages at id7.com use static HTML and first-party styling. The support page does not include advertising, third-party analytics, marketing pop-ups or a data-collection form. Following an external refund link takes you to Apple, where Apple's terms and privacy practices apply.
6. Retention and account deletion
We retain information while needed to operate and secure an active account, provide requested features, resolve transactions and disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on data category and status. The account-deletion flow displays the current deletion impact and relevant timing before final confirmation.
Deletion revokes access and starts the applicable deletion or de-identification process. Some transaction, security or legal records may be retained when required or permitted by law. Remaining Gold Coins and feature state are handled as shown before confirmation. Contact support if you cannot use the self-service flow.
7. Your choices and requests
- Manage notification, camera, microphone and location permissions in iOS settings.
- Use in-app visibility, report and block controls where available.
- Request access, correction or other applicable privacy rights through bananaworld9988@gmail.com.
- Delete an account through https://id7.com/account-deletion.
- Request an App Store refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may need to verify the requester's identity. Support will not ask for a password, verification code, complete token, Apple ID password or full payment-card details.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including credential hashing, access controls, transport protections, scoped credentials and security monitoring. No network transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. International processing
Because BBchat uses cloud and platform providers, information may be processed outside the country where you live. The final processor legal-entity inventory, processing regions, cross-border transfer terms and category-specific retention schedule require operator and legal confirmation before they should be treated as a definitive compliance statement.
10. Children
BBchat is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 contrary to applicable requirements, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. Parents or guardians may contact support.
11. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Service, providers or law. Material changes will receive an updated date and any notice required by applicable law.
